TQI Solutions is looking for an Administrative Specialist/Receptionist who is enthusiastic about learning and committed to personal and professional growth. Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and guests warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression of TQI.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
  • Coordinate travel for senior level employees.
  • Provide support for company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor/manage office supply inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and participate in training sessions to enhance professional development

Requirements:

  • An Associate degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist, showcasing proven success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint slide design, layout, and formatting.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Outlook, etc.) required.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our clients and team.
  • Must exhibit a high level of proficiency in written communication and possess a strong command of the English language.
